What do I need to buy the bike pass?

First of all, you must choose the type of ticket, the day of validity (in the case of day, afternoon, morting or return tickets) or when you want to start (in the case of multi-tickets days), the quantity of package you wish to purchase.

And don't forget, before buying the ticket, to check the weather/snow conditions and the opening situation of the bike area!

Can I buy the ticket online even if I don't have a chip card?

If you don't have one of our chip cards or those used in the other ski areas of Valle d'Aosta, don't worry, you can choose another solution: you can even buy it online and choose the "Buy a new card with with drawal at the ski resort (EUR 2.00)" mode (for multiday pass only). You will then collect your ski pass at one of the two automatic ticket machines in La Thuile.

Payment for the purchase transaction can be made by credit card activated on the main international circuits Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Where do i find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip card is printed on the plastic card

Where can I find my chip card code to make an online purchase?

To buy your ski pass, you must insert the code of the chip card in your possession (with dashes and without spaces)
This code can be found on the back of your chip card (Skidata), as shown in the example image.

All current chip cards in Valle d'Aosta (Courmayeur, Cervinia, Pila or Monterosaski) can be used for online purchases

What types of passes can I buy online?

Daily, afternoon, hourly, multi-day (up to 15 consecutive days), season and return passes

After paying with my credit card, what happens?

At the end of the purchase procedure, within a maximum of 15 minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, indicating the information relating to the ticket purchased and any additional products such as insurance or the chip card.
Always keep it on your smartphone when you go skiing, you will have to show it in case of control or verification in case of rescue on the slopes.
