The INSURANCE POLICY is offered free of charge. The insurance includes coverage of civil liability towards third parties mandatory from 1 January 2022 (Legislative Decree 40/2021).

IMPORTANT! The insurance is only valid in the event of request and intervention by the rescue services at the scene of the claim on the ski runs.

The seasonal skipass is PERSONAL and so is NON TRASFERRABLE.

The Espace San Bernardo Annual skipass includes (winter only) free accident insurance, first rescue service, assistance and coverage of civil liability towards third parties mandatory from 1 January 2022 (Legislative Decree 40/2021).

Practical Information

This skipass can only be collected at the ticket offices of the resort selected  (La Thuile) for the purchase, upon presentation of the “pick-up” code received via email ( Vending machine can deliver the Espace San Bernardo Annual skipass ).

Use of helmet and ski insurance
for all skiers


Starting from the 2025/26 season, wearing a helmet will be mandatory for all skiers, regardless of age.

From 1 January 2022, according to Legislative Decree 40 of 28 February 2021, for all skiers to have an insurance policy that covers civil liability for damage or injuries caused to third parties.

International connection
France - Italy


Skiers who move from one side of the Espace San Bernardo (between Italy and France and vice versa) are required to respect the closing times of the lifts that allow the return.
